Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner opening focused on Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine in a collaborative primary care practice. The role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams; ordering and interpreting labs, EKGs, and imaging; developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans with an attending physician; prescribing medications including intravenous therapies and blood products; and documenting medical records. Full-time schedule with four onsite workdays and shared on-call; practice affiliated with Berkshire Health Systems; sign-on bonus and education/benefits packages mentioned. This position emphasizes independence within an independent physician practice setting and a supportive, team-based environment.
Required Qualifications
