Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner role in Family Medicine at Berkshire Family Practice Associates, full-time. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, obtaining histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostical tests (laboratory tests, EKGs, imaging), developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician, prescribing and administering medications (including intravenous therapies and blood products), and monitoring response to therapy. Also responsible for documenting and maintaining complete medical records (progress notes, patient data, treatment plans) and participating in an on-call rotation. New graduates are welcome to apply.
