Job Summary
Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Geriatrics Certified Nurse Practitioner needed to join an independent primary care practice. Role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, obtaining histories, performing physical exams, ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, EKGs, imaging), developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans with the attending physician, prescribing medications and IV therapies when appropriate, and maintaining accurate medical records and progress notes. Collaborative relationship with physicians, flexible to individual interests, and new graduates considered. Full-time schedule includes 4 onsite workdays and shared on-call; competitive sign-on bonus and benefits.
