Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner opening in Berkshire Family Practice Associates, PC for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine certified NPs. The full-time role includes 4 onsite workdays with shared on-call, located in Pittsfield, MA. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, obtaining histories, performing physical examinations, ordering/interpreting diagnostical tests (laboratory, EKGs, imaging), developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician, prescribing medications including intravenous therapies and blood products, monitoring response, and maintaining accurate medical records and progress notes per policy.
