Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner opening in a collaborative family/primary care setting. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams; order and interpret diagnostical tests (laboratory tests, EKGs, imaging); develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician; prescribe and administer medications including intravenous therapies and blood products, and monitor responses; document and maintain medical records and progress notes. Full-time schedule includes 4 onsite workdays with shared on-call; opportunity for new graduates.
