Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner to service patients in Augusta-area facilities with travel required daily; performs high-risk patient evaluations, develops individualized care plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary team, and delivers care across homes, facilities, telehealth, clinics, and specialties. Full-time role with opportunities for a monthly bonus and a range of benefits; must hold a valid NP/PA/Physician license in the employment state and be able to travel between offices/facilities.
Required Qualifications

- Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician with a valid license to practice in the state of employment required.
