Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner provides professional nursing care to patients, coordinates with care team to ensure seamless care delivery and active patient participation in planning and care, assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures, performs telephone triage as needed, and participates in patient teaching. Oversees Licensed Practical Nurses, clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel. Requires the ability to perform exams, physicals, and adapt to a medical office environment; must be fully vaccinated.
Required Qualifications
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Minnesota with current Illinois registration and in good standing.
