Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner Educator position involves delivering Live Nurse Practitioner Certification Review courses, both in person and online, and requires a current unrestricted Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License and a Master's or higher degree in Nursing. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience (5+ years preferred) and must possess mastery knowledge of the Nurse Practitioner Certification Exam Blueprint. Essential skills include engaging presentation style, professionalism, and technological competence. The role requires the ability to travel and present at least four review courses per year, along with a collaborative approach to guiding students in their learning.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or Higher Degree in Nursing
- Current unrestricted Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching or presenting at conferences
Desired Qualifications
- Mastery knowledge of the Nurse Practitioner Certification Exam Blueprint
- Experience as a family or psychiatric nurse practitioner
