Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner Educator is responsible for delivering Live Nurse Practitioner Certification Review courses and providing NP exam prep content to students. This role requires maintaining NP certification expertise, demonstrating an engaging presentation style, and utilizing technology to support participants. Candidates must have a Master's or higher degree in Nursing, an unrestricted Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License, and at least 2 years of experience in teaching or presenting. A mastery of the Nurse Practitioner Certification Exam Blueprint and the ability to travel for in-person presentations are required.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or higher degree in Nursing
- Current unrestricted Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching or presenting at conferences
- 5+ years of teaching experience preferred
- Ability to travel and present at least four review courses per year
Desired Qualifications
- Mastery knowledge of the Nurse Practitioner Certification Exam Blueprint
- Experience as a family or psychiatric nurse practitioner preferred
