Nurse Practitioner - East Fwy Clinic (Value-Based Care)

Nurse Practitioner in outpatient primary care at NeueHealth’s East Freeway Clinic (Houston, TX) providing advanced healthcare services, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
