NURSE PRACTITIONER - Dr. Galloway

Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care in collaboration with endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals. The APRN performs medical history taking, physical assessments, and creates patient problem lists, orders and interprets laboratory and imaging studies, makes diagnoses, develops and implements treatment plans, and refers patients to specialists as needed. Maintains a collaborative practice agreement with a physician, administers, dispenses, prescribes drugs and medical supplies within scope and authority, and ensures timely chart submission for review as required by Missouri statute. Works within Freeman Health System, a not-for-profit system serving Missouri and surrounding states, delivering coordinated, protocol-driven care for acute and chronic conditions with emphasis on endocrinology and related services.
