Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive skin, hair, and nail examinations to formulate dermatologic diagnoses and treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions. Obtain medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests including biopsies and imaging, and manage medications while coordinating care and referrals. Monitor patient progress and modify evidence-based treatment plans as clinically indicated. Perform at least 50% of practice in General Dermatology within a 100% ambulatory, outpatient-only setting. Work full-time Monday through Friday during daytime hours with one weekly administrative block; no call required. Requires two years of Dermatology NP experience and proficiency with physicians and residents.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of Dermatology NP experience
- Experience performing dermatologic procedures
- Ability to work with physicians as well as residents and fellows
