Nurse Practitioner - Critical Care Opportunities (FT or PT)

Critical Care Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner) role with 24/7 CCAP coverage across St. Luke's network; provides patient care under supervising physician, participates in performance improvement, teaching, and research; duties include comprehensive patient assessment, history/update, ordering/interpreting diagnostics, developing and implementing management plans, coordinating with healthcare teams, providing education to patients and families, and participating in virtual care when appropriate. Responsibilities also include maintaining clinical knowledge through CME, contributing to clinical guidelines, teaching students and residents, supporting care coordination with case management, and accurate EMR documentation for billing. Schedule features 13-hour shifts (6a-7p and 6p-7a) with rotating days, nights, and weekends (18 shifts in a 6-week block); new grads and experienced practitioners welcome.
