Manage cardiac intensive care unit patients through evening care, performing therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and providing education and consultation. This role requires current ACNP certification, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and DEA prescribing privileges, with weekend shifts included in the schedule. Required Qualifications
- Current ACNP certification
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
- Comfortable being involved in evening care management of patients

- Ability to prescribe medications
- Ability to provide education, consultation, and research
- Availability for weekend shifts
