Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner sought to join Cortica’s Pediatric Neurology/NDM multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient intakes, screenings, and assessments; triaging referrals; coordinating care with interdisciplinary team; practicing within CA Board of Nursing scope including placing orders and screening tests per approved protocols; documenting encounters in EMR (Athena); and participating in performance reviews. This role offers telehealth Welcome Visits, potential participation in education and nutrition programs, and opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding pediatric neurodevelopmental care model. Qualifications include active RN and NP licensure with board certification (AANP/ANCC), pediatric outpatient experience (minimum 12 months), proficiency in ADIR/ADOS, telemedicine capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Compensation range is $60.43-$75.53 hourly with benefits described.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in practicing state
- Nurse Practitioner license with board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Currently licensed as an NP in California? (as applicable for state)
- Minimum 12 months of pediatric outpatient practice
- Telemedicine/telehealth capability
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Athena)
- Knowledge of ADIR/ADOS diagnostic evaluation
- Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills with patients and families
