Job Summary
Provide medical and psychiatric evaluations and oversight for patients in residential ASAM 3.7 Withdrawal Management services, including withdrawal assessment, medication management (including MAT), treatment planning, and coordination of care. Conduct daily onsite medical rounds, respond to urgent medical issues, and collaborate with nursing, counseling, and case management to ensure coordinated, ethical patient care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and agency policies. Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Ohio required; DEA license required. Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with addiction medicine experience preferred; two years’ experience in addiction medicine/behavioral health or withdrawal management preferred. This is a 1099 contractor role with weekend rotation (Friday–Monday). Location: Hamilton, OH. Skills include medical and psychiatric evaluations, withdrawal management, prescribing and monitoring medications, crisis intervention, and documentation.
