Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents while collaborating with center leadership and the medical director on patient-specific medical care and center goals. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager to achieve high-quality health care outcomes and everyday compassion for residents. This Full-Time role offers a base salary of $100,000 - $116,000 per year plus a no-cap incentive bonus program, located in Huntington, WV. The position requires no on-call or weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA
- take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation
- PA state licensure
- NCCPA certification
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA, for each state in which they practice
- PA with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
