Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents while collaborating with center leadership and the medical director on patient-specific medical care. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice and Area Clinical Practice Manager to align on center goals and priorities. Deliver high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion to improve outcomes for residents in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. No on-call or weekend shifts required.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA, for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
