Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, answer health questions, and provide education without prescribing medicine or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally and within licensed states as needed, while performing virtual visits when required. Work in diverse home environments that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens. Cover New London and surrounding areas with a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Able to cover the following primary locations: New London and surrounding area
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
