Nurse Practitioner

Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with the Medical Director and Center Leadership Team. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice to achieve center-specific goals and priorities while delivering high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion. This full-time role (32-40 hours per week) is located at the Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with no on-call or weekend requirements. The position offers a five thousand dollar sign-on bonus and a yearly average of thirteen thousand in incentive compensation for providers working forty hours per week.
