Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with on-site medical providers and center leadership. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice and Medical Director to achieve center-specific goals and prioritize patient medical care. Deliver high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion to improve health outcomes for residents in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. No on-call or weekend rotations required. Full-time schedule of 32-40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA
Desired Qualifications
- two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
