Job Summary
Conduct primary and urgent care services for nursing center residents while collaborating with center leadership and the medical director to achieve high-quality health care goals. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice and Area Clinical Practice Manager to align on center-specific priorities and patient-specific medical care plans. Deliver everyday compassion and support the mission of improving health outcomes for residents in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. The role offers a five thousand dollar sign-on bonus and includes comprehensive training, mentorship, and access to clinical documentation tools.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA, for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
