Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents while collaborating with the Director of Clinical Practice, Center Leadership Team, and Medical Director. Work directly with the leadership team to achieve center-specific goals and prioritize high-quality health care delivery. This part-time or 1099 role involves two days per week at Kingston Court Center in York, PA, with a base rate of $56-$58/hour plus a no-cap incentive bonus. The position requires a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least one year of experience in adult or geriatric populations.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA
- take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation
- PA state licensure
- NCCPA certification
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA, for each state in which they practice
- PA with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA for each state in which they practice
