Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with center leadership and the medical director. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice to align on center-specific goals and priorities. Deliver high-quality health care and everyday compassion to improve health outcomes among residents of skilled nursing and senior living facilities. This Full-Time role offers a base salary of $100,000 - $116,000 per year plus a no-cap incentive bonus program, with no on-call or weekend requirements. Located in Huntington, WV, the position supports AlignMed Partners' mission to elevate healthcare outcomes through a comprehensive 90-day training program and mentorship for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA
- take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation
- PA state licensure
- NCCPA certification
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA
- PA with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
