Job Summary
Collaborate with center leadership and the medical director to provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice to align on center-specific goals and priorities while delivering high-quality healthcare with everyday compassion. This role reports to the Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager at AlignMed Partners' Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV. Full-time hours are 32-40 per week with no on-call or weekend requirements. The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and access to clinical tools like Nabla for streamlined documentation.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA, for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
