Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents while collaborating with on-site leadership and the medical director for center-specific and patient-specific goals. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager to achieve mission objectives through high-quality healthcare delivery and everyday compassion.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA, for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
