Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with the Center Leadership Team and Medical Director. Report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice or Area Clinical Practice Manager to achieve center-specific goals and priorities. Work closely with the clinical leadership team to improve patient lives through high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion. This full-time role offers a 40-hour weekly schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements. Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA
- take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation
- PA state licensure
- NCCPA certification
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA
- PA with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
