Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner role overseeing clinical operations and workflow in the Chicago, IL area. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction and operational oversight for the clinic, developing and supervising nursing and administrative staff, fostering collaboration and accountability, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards, prioritizing daily duties, implementing risk-management strategies, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and supporting clinical operations with clinical oversight across clinics. Requires leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to lead and coach a team, knowledge of rural health challenges and population health, excellent organizational and documentation skills, professional demeanor, and tech-savviness; Education required is a Master’s degree or higher from an accredited nursing program and NP credentialing.
