Job Summary
The MoHOP Project Nurse Practitioner plays a vital role in providing patient-centered, equitable healthcare to under-resourced populations in South Los Angeles. Primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and treating disorders, developing healthcare plans, and ensuring comprehensive documentation using an Electronic Medical Records system. The role also involves outreach services, providing care to vulnerable populations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. A minimum of two years' experience in mobile street medicine is essential, along with required licensure and bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Nurse Practitioner certification from California Board of Registered Nursing
- Active certification in Basic Life Support from AHA
- California Class C Driver License or transportation alternative

- Experience with mobile street medicine projects
- Ability to work and communicate well with cultural and ethnic groups
