Make all clinical decisions regarding care delivery while utilizing provided equipment, including Debrox, irrigation supplies, lighted curettes, and an otoscope. Document visits on a laptop with full office support for scheduling, billing, pre-authorizations, and IT assistance. Receive field support and mentorship from a Clinical Director and collaborate with a physician for all Nurse Practitioner cases. Work as a 1099 Independent Contractor with a flexible schedule that excludes evenings and weekends.
