Job Summary
Provide health promotion and maintenance through diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe medication while working on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Participate in limited on-call coverage by phone. This role supports proactive, preventive care for seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, and minor injury treatment within an integrated care team focused on personalized experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master of Science Degree in Nursing or PA Studies
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in NC
- Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
