Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner provides health promotion and maintenance through diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions, prescribes medication, examines patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provides treatment. Exercises independent judgment on complex issues, reports to the Associate Medical Director, and is 100% onsite at CenterWell Easton location. 40 hours weekly with pay range $123,800-$170,300/year; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, parental and caregiver leave, disability insurance, and life insurance. This role is with CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a Humana company, focused on proactive, preventive care for seniors with an integrated care model.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science Degree in Nursing or PA Studies
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in NC
- Willingness to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
- TB screening compliance
