Job Summary
Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care. Diagnose patients, prescribe medications, and develop personalized health plans while educating them on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management. Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians to contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on chronic disease management and long-term wellness. This Family Nurse Practitioner role supports the LG&E-KU Energy occupational health mission with a predictable schedule of 40 hours per week in Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state
- Board certification as an FNP
- DEA registration
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of primary care experience preferred
- Experience treating patients ages 2+
