Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology needed for a full-time outpatient position with Bristol Health Medical Group. You will provide direct patient care to new and established patients, including evaluation, treatment and technical procedures, as well as health education, referrals to other disciplines and consultation with allied health personnel, in a collaborative group with seasoned cardiologists. The role emphasizes working with a cardiology-focused team in an established practice, offering work-life balance and opportunities to collaborate with experienced clinicians in a cardio specialty setting.
Required Qualifications
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- Valid Connecticut medical license
- Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration
- Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- Cardiology certification/experience preferred
