Job Summary
Conduct medical services within scope of expertise and implement treatment plans in coordination with a supervising physician. Mentor staff on medical subjects relevant to patient treatment and develop training content on substance use disorders and general health practices. Ensure treatment center meets all accreditation standards for medical, health, and safety issues while providing consultation to emergency care providers. Collaborate with other physicians, clinics, or hospitals as necessary and attend weekly treatment team meetings and outside seminars. Maintain active state licensure and hold a basic understanding of drug and alcohol abuse to support the integrated care team's goal of life-long recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Active state licensure (FNP/APRN/CNP/PMHNP)
- D.E.A licensure as required by BrightView
Desired Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years' experience preferred
- at least 1 year of experience in addiction treatment setting preferred
