Job Summary
Conduct medical services in collaboration with a licensed physician, implementing treatment plans and informing patients about medical components of their care. Mentor staff on medical subjects relevant to patient treatment and develop training content on substance use disorders and general health practices. Ensure the treatment center meets all accreditation standards for medical, health, and safety issues while providing consultation to emergency care providers. Attend weekly treatment team meetings and outside seminars, maintaining an active understanding of current drug abuse and treatment information.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Active state licensure (FNP/APRN/CNP/PMHNP)
- D.E.A licensure as required by BrightView
Desired Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years' experience preferred
- at least 1 year of experience in addiction treatment setting preferred
