Nurse Practitioner ((Bilingual) Spanish)

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in a busy outpatient setting blending primary, urgent, and pain management services. Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care while communicating with patients regarding testing results and follow-up. Build relationships with patients, maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information, and refer patients to specialists as appropriate. Bilingual (Spanish) candidate preferred.
