Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual (Spanish))

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in a blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services. Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in the provision of continuity of care while communicating with patients regarding testing results and follow-up. Build relationships with patients, maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information, and refer patients to specialists as appropriate. Maintain call coverage of 1:28 days or better (phone call only) within an outpatient practice environment featuring Allscripts EMR and extensive onsite ancillary services.
