Nurse Practitioner

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in a blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services. Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in continuity of care while communicating testing results and follow-up information. Build relationships with patients through bedside manner and clinical skills, refer patients to specialists as appropriate, and maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information. Join a busy team of board-certified physicians in an outpatient setting with extensive onsite ancillary services, utilizing Allscripts EMR. Call coverage is 1:28 days or better (phone call only).
