Job Summary
Round at assigned facilities independently and communicate any safety, quality, or patient care gaps to the supervisor in a timely manner. Maintain working knowledge of kidney disease or demonstrate the ability to learn quickly regarding relevant clinical areas. Operate as a team player within the practice. The role requires Texas BON-APRN Certification and AANP or similar board certification. This position supports our growing practice by delivering direct patient care and ensuring high-quality standards across assigned facilities.

- Rounding at facilities assigned & work independently
- Communicate any safety, quality or patient care gaps in a timely manner to supervisor
- Have working knowledge of kidney disease and/or ability to learn quickly
