Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents while collaborating with center leadership and the medical director to achieve high-quality health care goals. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice and Area Clinical Practice Manager to align on center-specific priorities and patient care plans. This Full Time position at our Millville Center offers a 40-hour weekly schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements. We support our team with a comprehensive 90-day training program, mentorship for recent graduates, and access to clinical tools like ambient AI assistants to streamline documentation.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA
- take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation
- PA state licensure
- NCCPA certification
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA, for each state in which they practice
- PA with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
