Job Summary
Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents while collaborating with the Medical Director and Center Leadership Team to achieve center-specific goals. Work directly with the Director of Clinical Practice to support patient medical care and align with the mission of improving health outcomes for skilled nursing and senior living facilities. Participate in on-site collaboration with the broader medical provider team to deliver high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion to residents.
Required Qualifications
- graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- licensed as a registered nurse
- certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA
- take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation
- PA state licensure
- NCCPA certification
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA, for each state in which they practice
- PA with an unrestricted professional license
- DEA for each state in which they practice
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
