Nurse Practitioner

Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents while collaborating with the Director of Clinical Practice, Area Clinical Practice Manager, and Medical Director on center goals and patient-specific medical care. Work directly with Center Leadership to achieve mission objectives through the delivery of high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion. This full-time role offers a 32-40 hour schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements. A five thousand dollar sign-on bonus is available, alongside a yearly average of thirteen thousand in incentive compensation for providers working forty hours per week.
