Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider role in a Sub-Acute/Long-Term Care center in Lebanon, NH. Provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborating with Center Leadership and Medical Director/Attending Physician. Requires a Master’s in Nursing and credentials as NP (older adult or family NP track) or PA with active licensure and certification. 32-40 hours weekly with a no-cap incentive compensation program and sign-on/relocation bonuses. Includes mentorship, training, opportunities for clinical leadership, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse (RN)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing (Older Adult and/or Family NP track) or equivalent
- PA pathway: graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and PANCE certification; PA state licensure; NCCPA certification
