Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner for full-time (32-40 hours/week) role at Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV. Provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents, collaborating with Center Leadership and Medical Director/Attending Physician. Requires NP with Master's in Nursing and concentration in Older Adult and/or Family NP; DEA license in practicing states. Includes a five thousand dollar sign-on bonus, relocation bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and a no-on-call/weekends schedule in a post-acute/long-term care setting. Prior 2+ years of geriatric experience preferred; duties include collaborative care, clinical leadership participation, and delivery of high-quality healthcare with compassionate service.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by completing an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's Degree in Nursing
- Concentration and specialty track in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent experience
- APRN with DEA license in states where practice allows
