Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought for Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider at a Sub-Acute/Long-Term Care center in Hampton, NH. Provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents, collaborates with Center Leadership and Medical Director, and works with a multidisciplinary team in a post-acute/long-term care setting. Requires NP or PA credentials with Masters in Nursing (for NP) or ARC-PA-accredited PA program with PANCE (for PA), RN licensure, state licensure/DEA as applicable, and experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred. Includes relocation bonus and a no-cap incentive compensation program; benefits include comprehensive insurance, PTO, CME support, and retirement plans. New grads welcome; 40 hours/week; base salary $112,320–$128,960 with incentive bonus; location: Hampton, NH.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse (RN)
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and concentration in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- PA option requires graduation from ARC-PA accredited program and PANCE to use PAC designation; PA licensure and DEA as applicable by state
- Two years of experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred
