Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought for a Full Time position at the Lebanon Center in Lebanon, NH to provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with Center Leadership and the Medical Director. The Advanced Practice Provider will work on-site with the Center Leadership Team, collaborate with clinicians, and support post-acute and long-term care goals. The role offers a base salary of $112,320-$124,800 per year plus an incentive compensation program and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with relocation bonus available. New grads are welcome. Requirements include graduate credentials from an accredited nursing or PA program, state licensure, appropriate certifications (NCCPA for PAs, NP certification for NPs), and a Master’s Degree in Nursing for NPs (older adult and/or family NP concentrations preferred). Two years of experience with adult/geriatric populations is preferred. The posting notes no on-call or weekend work and includes comprehensive benefits and CME support.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program or PA program
- Nurse Practitioner: Master's Degree in Nursing and RN license; NP certification; concentration in Older Adult and/or Family NP; PA: ARC-PA accredited program and PANCE; PA licensure; NCCPA certification
