Job Summary
Clinical leadership in aesthetic dermatology as a Nurse Practitioner, delivering laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments and owning the patient journey from initial consult through long-term results. Responsible for assessing patients, designing individualized treatment plans, documenting accurately in a fully digital EMR, conducting consultations, and coordinating with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor. Works across up to 3 assigned locations within a 30-mile radius with a fixed weekend schedule; weekend availability required. Training provided across all modalities with opportunities for growth into Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles.
Required Qualifications
- Current NP license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) or 2+ years in aesthetics ( TRACK B )
- Weekend availability required (full weekends; fixed schedule)
- Complete training provided in aesthetics
