Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner role focused on aesthetic dermatology with extensive hands-on training provided. Responsibilities include full clinical journey from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care across up to three clinics within 30 miles, performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, conducting consultations, designing individualized treatment plans, documenting accurately, and collaborating with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to maintain a seamless clinic floor. Requires active NP license, weekend availability, and a track-based background (acute care or aesthetics) with growth toward leadership/ trainer roles. Full-time position with competitive compensation ($72/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential, approximate $145K–$155K annually) and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current NP license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) or 2+ years in aesthetics (TRACK B)
- Weekend availability required (full weekends; fixed schedule)
- Schedule includes up to 3 locations within a 30 mile radius
- Full-time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week)
