Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare by performing physical examinations, administering diagnostic tests like x-rays and lab work, and diagnosing illnesses. Create patient care plans, modify treatments based on health changes, and prescribe medications while educating patients and families on treatment and home care. Facilitate patient transitions between settings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for referrals, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Maintain knowledge of current medical trends and communicate effectively with patients and staff in a fast-paced environment. Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse licensure required.
Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, such as a Master of Science in nursing
